Amber Enterprises - Acquisition

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, we are hereby informing the exchange that the Company has acquired remaining 50% stake in the equity share capital of Amber Resojet Private Limited (Amber Resojet) on 10th April 2026, for an aggregate purchase consideration of INR 1,74,44,908.42. Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition, Amber Resojet has ceased as a Joint Venture of the Company and has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
