Marico has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended March 31, 2026

As of March 2026, 58.93% is owned by Indian Promoters, 40.88% by Public and 0.19% by Non Promoters-Non Public.

Institutional holds 36.38% (Insurance Companies 3.41%) and Non-Institutional holds 4.49% as Public shareholders.
