Waaree Renewable Q4 net profit jumps 67.55% at Rs 157.31 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 157.31 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 93.89 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 67.55 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 131.33 per cent at Rs 1,102.34 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 476.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 155.74 per cent to Rs 895.56 crore from Rs 350.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 54.86 per cent at Rs 7.65 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 4.94 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 63.68 per cent to Rs 206.78 crore as against Rs 126.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 29.23 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 38.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.68 crore, while Taxation increased by 91.20 per cent at Rs 52.37 crore (Mar'25 Rs 27.39 crore).
