Arcotech has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended March 31, 2026

As of March 2026, 38.91% is owned by Indian Promoters and 61.09% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Arcotech company are Vasudha Commercial Private Limited (152.95 lakhs shares / 14.57%), Sidhant Distributors Private Limited (52.11 lakhs shares / 4.96%), Arco Infoway Private Limited (39.86 lakhs shares / 3.80%), Atashi Singhania (38.00 lakhs shares / 3.62%) and Rishabh Saraf (37.64 lakhs shares / 3.58%).
