Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited has strengthened its production capabilities at its Pakuria unit with the addition of new equipment aimed at enhancing efficiency and product quality.
The company has commissioned two annealing furnaces with capacities of 25 MT and 30 MT per annum, now operational for commercial production. These additions are expected to streamline processes, improve consistency, and boost overall output quality.
In addition, Shyam Metalics has installed a 2300 mm Vertical Foil Separator (LGSS), enabling precise separation of ultra-light and light gauge foil within a thickness range of 6 to 15 microns. This upgrade will help the company cater to more specialized customer requirements with improved accuracy.
The latest capacity additions are set to enhance process control and support the company’s push toward higher-value product offerings.
Commenting on the development, Brij Bhushan Agarwal said the company remains focused on operational upgrades to improve efficiency and deliver consistent, high-quality products while aligning with evolving market demand.
