HCL Technologies has declared 1200% Interim dividend for the financial year March 2026

HCL Technologies Ltd. on Tuesday, 21 April 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 1200 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Saturday, 25 April 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 24 April 2026.

The last five dividends are 600% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 16 January 2026), 600% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 17 October 2025), 600% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 18 July 2025), 900% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 28 April 2025) and 300% Special dividend (Ex Date : 17 January 2025).
