Tech Mahindra Q4 net profit down 23.80% at Rs 541.30 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 541.30 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 710.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 23.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.85 per cent at Rs 12,956.50 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11,583.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.20 per cent to Rs 11,629.00 crore from Rs 10,552.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 219.61 per cent at Rs -195.20 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 163.20 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 28.71 per cent to Rs 1,327.50 crore as against Rs 1,031.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 15.17 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 20.26 per cent y-o-y to Rs 73.60 crore, while Taxation increased by 38.58 per cent at Rs 287.00 crore (Mar'25 Rs 207.10 crore).
