Trent Q4 net profit up 29.96% at Rs 454.75 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 454.75 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 349.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 29.96 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.23 per cent at Rs 4,936.64 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4,106.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.46 per cent to Rs 4,017.68 crore from Rs 3,449.71 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 37.07 per cent at Rs 61.07 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 97.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 40.00 per cent to Rs 918.96 crore as against Rs 656.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.45 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 11.92 per cent y-o-y to Rs 41.51 crore, while Taxation increased by 17.79 per cent at Rs 121.71 crore (Mar'25 Rs 103.33 crore).
