Indian Energy Exchan Q4 net profit up 10.69% at Rs 123.96 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 123.96 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 111.99 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.69 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.94 per cent at Rs 172.25 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 141.26 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.81 per cent to Rs 24.68 crore from Rs 19.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 28.63 per cent at Rs 22.11 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 30.98 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 21.01 per cent to Rs 147.57 crore as against Rs 121.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.76 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 6.56 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.65 crore, while Taxation increased by 11.06 per cent at Rs 38.95 crore (Mar'25 Rs 35.07 crore).
