Seamec Extends Charter Hire of ‘SEAMEC Glorious’ with L&T

Seamec Ltd has executed an addendum with Larsen & Toubro for the extension of the charter hire period of its vessel “SEAMEC Glorious”.

As per the agreement dated April 23, 2026, the charter has been extended until May 15, 2026, with an option to further extend on a day-to-day basis for up to 15 days at the charterer’s discretion.

The total value of the extension stands at approximately Rs 6.54 crore, excluding GST.

The disclosure has been made in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with the relevant SEBI circular.
