Aye Finance Q4 net profit zooms 111.08% at Rs 85.91 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 85.91 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 40.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 111.08 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 29.16 per cent at Rs 528.44 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 409.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.69 per cent to Rs 291.88 crore from Rs 239.86 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 53.42 per cent at Rs 16.83 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 10.97 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 39.74 per cent to Rs 236.56 crore as against Rs 169.28 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 8.22 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 8.97 per cent y-o-y to Rs 134.55 crore, while Taxation increased by 156.10 per cent at Rs 24.97 crore (Mar'25 Rs 9.75 crore).
