Force Motors Q4 net profit down 36.30% at Rs 273.67 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 273.67 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 429.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.30 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.23 per cent at Rs 2,549.72 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,355.89 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.36 per cent to Rs 2,135.50 crore from Rs 2,026.77 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 86.71 per cent at Rs 33.85 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 18.13 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 25.86 per cent to Rs 414.22 crore as against Rs 329.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.32 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 62.26 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.74 crore, while Taxation decreased by 57.25 per cent at Rs 99.63 crore (Mar'25 Rs 233.04 crore).
