Bajaj Finserv Q4 net profit zooms 111.49% at Rs 16.01 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 16.01 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 7.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 111.49 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 27.71 per cent at Rs 46.73 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 64.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 35.30 per cent to Rs 82.14 crore from Rs 60.71 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 153.13 per cent at Rs 23.49 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 9.28 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1001.02 per cent to Rs -35.41 crore as against Rs 3.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1346.38 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 820.78 per cent at Rs -29.48 crore (Mar'25 Rs 4.09 crore).
