Adani Ports & Speci Q4 net profit down 71.60% at Rs 198.83 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 198.83 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 700.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 71.60 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 30.18 per cent at Rs 2,772.64 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,129.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 81.12 per cent to Rs 1,261.26 crore from Rs 696.38 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 66.17 per cent at Rs 822.36 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 494.90 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.44 per cent to Rs 1,511.38 crore as against Rs 1,433.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.00 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 162.91 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2,005.04 crore, while Taxation decreased by 148.10 per cent at Rs -142.00 crore (Mar'25 Rs 295.23 crore).
