Jonjua Overseas - Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of Board Meeting Held On 01St May, 2026.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has considered and approved the following business transactions: \r\n1. The Board has approved submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) in Consortium with M/s. Harjinder Singh Jonjua for the insolvency matter of M/s Telephone Cables Limited - a joint sector unit, one of the promoters being PSIDC of the Pb. Govt. \r\n2. The Board expressed that Consortium should take advantage of all benefits or concessions by whatever name called for MSMEs in this regard. \r\n3. Major Harjinder Singh Jonjua Retd. will act as Authorised Representative on behalf of the company as well as Consortium in this regard. Further, Harmanpreet Singh Jonjua, Advocate (M. No.: P/879/2010) will act as an Adv. for the company as well as Consortium in any legal matter. \r\n4. The Board also reviewed the day-to-day activities of the Company.
