Nitta Gelatin India Q4 net profit jumps 77.41% at Rs 34.01 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 34.01 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 19.17 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 77.41 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 25.24 per cent at Rs 161.73 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 129.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.73 per cent to Rs 116.35 crore from Rs 106.03 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 95.97 per cent at Rs 4.86 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.48 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 96.49 per cent to Rs 45.39 crore as against Rs 23.10 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 56.85 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 84.48 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 93.36 per cent at Rs 12.24 crore (Mar'25 Rs 6.33 crore).
