Bhageria Industries Q4 net profit down 14.60% at Rs 14.10 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.10 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 16.51 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 14.60 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 45.24 per cent at Rs 266.75 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 183.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 53.80 per cent to Rs 235.54 crore from Rs 153.15 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 376.53 per cent at Rs -2.71 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.98 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2.29 per cent to Rs 31.21 crore as against Rs 30.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 29.56 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 13.64 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.50 crore, while Taxation decreased by 15.33 per cent at Rs 5.47 crore (Mar'25 Rs 6.46 crore).
