Allied Blenders and Distillers Limited (ABD) has been honoured with the Best Factory/Management Award for its integrated manufacturing facility at Rangapur in Telangana. The award was presented by the Labour, Employment, Training & Factories Department of the Government of Telangana during Labour Day celebrations on May 1, 2026.

The Rangapur facility serves as a key production hub for ABD, housing an ENA distillery, an IMFL bottling unit, and a PET bottle manufacturing plant commissioned in September 2025. The company is also planning to add a malt distillery to strengthen its premium and single malt portfolio.

With a workforce of around 1,500 employees—nearly 50% of whom are women—the facility highlights strong gender diversity and contributes to local employment by creating skilled and semi-skilled job opportunities.

The recognition, aligned with the Government of India’s Skill India mission, was awarded after evaluating parameters such as safety standards, statutory compliance, employee welfare, and CSR initiatives.
