Voltamp Transformers Q4 net profit down 50.53% at Rs 47.90 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 47.90 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 96.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 50.53 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.21 per cent at Rs 617.23 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 624.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.40 per cent to Rs 535.86 crore from Rs 508.42 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 159.18 per cent at Rs -10.06 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 17.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 30.10 per cent to Rs 81.36 crore as against Rs 116.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 29.25 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 23.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.32 crore, while Taxation decreased by 41.00 per cent at Rs 19.18 crore (Mar'25 Rs 32.51 crore).
