Brookfield India Rea Q2 net profit jumps 48.00% at Rs 246.12 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 246.12 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 166.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 48.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 82.56 per cent at Rs 209.72 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 114.88 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.98 per cent to Rs 8.12 crore from Rs 7.52 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 33.15 per cent at Rs 70.55 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 105.54 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 87.78 per cent to Rs 201.60 crore as against Rs 107.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.87 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 38.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.67 crore, while Taxation decreased by 48.54 per cent at Rs 13.35 crore (Sep'24 Rs 25.94 crore).
