Anzen India Energy Q3 net profit up 37.24% at Rs 51.23 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 51.23 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 37.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 37.24 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 74.08 per cent at Rs 94.44 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 54.25 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 59.32 per cent to Rs 0.94 crore from Rs 0.59 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 74.28 per cent to Rs 93.50 crore as against Rs 53.65 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.10 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 160.31 per cent y-o-y to Rs 41.91 crore, while Taxation increased by 63.64 per cent at Rs 0.36 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.22 crore).
