Greaves Cotton Q4 net profit down 22.75% at Rs 47.75 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 47.75 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 61.81 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 22.75 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.65 per cent at Rs 697.55 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 573.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.73 per cent to Rs 610.06 crore from Rs 489.10 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 41.96 per cent at Rs 13.33 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 9.39 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 3.77 per cent to Rs 87.49 crore as against Rs 84.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 14.69 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 248.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 8.61 per cent at Rs 22.95 crore (Mar'25 Rs 21.13 crore).
