Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) Buildings & Factories (B&F) business vertical has secured multiple large orders from a leading real-estate client for projects spread across Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Karnataka.

In Hyderabad, L&T will undertake the design and construction of 10 high-rise residential towers rising up to 180 metres, featuring two basements and 55 floors, along with two clubhouses.

In Mumbai’s Worli area, the company has won an order for the construction of a luxury residential tower. The scope includes building the RCC shell and core structure of the tower, which will rise up to 260 metres with five basements and 63 floors.

Additionally, in Karnataka, L&T will execute a premium development project comprising residential villas, a luxury hotel, and related structures. The work includes RCC shell and core construction along with associated finishing works.
