Grindwell Norton Q4 net profit up 30.40% at Rs 119.09 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 119.09 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 91.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 30.40 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.08 per cent at Rs 825.77 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 687.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.23 per cent to Rs 666.30 crore from Rs 568.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 6.64 per cent at Rs 21.23 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 22.74 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 32.57 per cent to Rs 162.89 crore as against Rs 122.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 10.41 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 28.45 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.66 crore, while Taxation increased by 36.75 per cent at Rs 38.18 crore (Mar'25 Rs 27.92 crore).
