The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 0.91 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 0.38 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.78 per cent at Rs 25.67 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 30.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.06 per cent to Rs 25.88 crore from Rs 30.47 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 57.14 per cent at Rs 1.32 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.84 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 2200.00 per cent to Rs -0.21 crore as against Rs 0.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4100.00 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 43.48 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.39 crore, while Taxation increased by 685.71 per cent at Rs 0.82 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.14 crore).
