Shipping Corpn. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Shipping Corporation Of India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board at its meeting held on 08.05.2026 considered and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and Financial Year ended 31.03.2026. Further, the Board has recommended Final Dividend of Re 1/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each i.e. 10% per share, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
