ZF Commercial Vehicl Q4 net profit up 12.91% at Rs 141.35 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 141.35 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 125.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.91 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.92 per cent at Rs 1,132.80 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,003.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.38 per cent to Rs 950.19 crore from Rs 830.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 54.65 per cent at Rs 42.39 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 27.41 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.86 per cent to Rs 182.60 crore as against Rs 172.49 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.22 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 9.93 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.27 crore, while Taxation increased by 17.38 per cent at Rs 49.03 crore (Mar'25 Rs 41.77 crore).
