Andhra Cement posts Q4 net profit of Rs 48.52 cr

The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 48.52 crore compared to net loss of Rs 49.91 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 73.07 per cent at Rs 154.85 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 89.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 54.08 per cent to Rs 146.02 crore from Rs 94.77 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 2580.65 per cent at Rs 7.69 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs -0.31 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 266.60 per cent to Rs 8.83 crore as against Rs -5.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 196.28 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 53.19 per cent y-o-y to Rs 30.21 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs -89.32 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
