TVS Holdings Q4 net profit up 11.31% at Rs 268.90 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 268.90 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 241.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 11.31 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.54 per cent at Rs 346.41 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 294.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 29.52 per cent to Rs 11.63 crore from Rs 16.50 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 20.33 per cent to Rs 334.78 crore as against Rs 278.22 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.37 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 13.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 21.97 crore, while Taxation increased by 92.97 per cent at Rs 43.34 crore (Mar'25 Rs 22.46 crore).
