DLF Q4 net profit jumps 54.89% at Rs 2400.64 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2,400.64 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1549.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 54.89 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.19 per cent at Rs 2,307.22 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,235.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 38.35 per cent to Rs 762.73 crore from Rs 1,237.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 64.30 per cent at Rs 1,348.58 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 820.81 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 54.66 per cent to Rs 1,544.49 crore as against Rs 998.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 49.85 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 90.59 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.35 crore, while Taxation increased by 188.47 per cent at Rs 467.46 crore (Mar'25 Rs 162.05 crore).
