Amba Enterprises has declared 15% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

Amba Enterprises Ltd. on Tuesday, 12 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 15 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 19 June 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 19 June 2026.

The last five dividends are 15% Final dividend (Ex Date : 23 September 2025), 10% Final dividend (Ex Date : 23 September 2024), 6% Final dividend (Ex Date : 14 August 2023), 6% Final dividend (Ex Date : 23 September 2022) and 3% Final dividend (Ex Date : 20 September 2019).
