The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2026, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 6.00 (i.e. 60%) per equity share of Rs. 10 each of the Company. The final dividend shall be paid within the prescribed time after the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
