The Company has filed waiver application before NSE for regulation 17 (1)c relating to non - constitution of the Board within the prescribed limit and regulation 6 relating to non-appointment of qualified Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Unfortunately, the waiver application has been rejected by NSE. Company has paid the applicable penalties as advised by NSE on 13th May 2026.
