Lupin launches advanced Neuro-Rehabilitation Centre ‘Atharv Ability’ in Delhi

Global pharmaceutical major Lupin has announced the launch of Atharv Ability, a world-class multidisciplinary neuro-rehabilitation centre in Naraina Vihar, Delhi. The facility is dedicated to providing comprehensive and outcome-driven care for adults and children with neurological disabilities, with a focus on improving mobility, enhancing quality of life and supporting long-term recovery.

Atharv Ability offers specialized rehabilitation programs for a wide range of neurological conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and pediatric neurological disorders such as cerebral palsy. The centre combines advanced clinical expertise, precision technology and personalized treatment plans to bridge critical gaps in neuro-rehabilitation care.

The Delhi launch follows the successful establishment of Atharv Ability centres in Mumbai in 2023 and Hyderabad in 2024, further expanding access to integrated neuro-rehabilitation services across India.

Commenting on the launch, Rajeev Sibal, President – India Region Formulations at Lupin, said rehabilitation plays a crucial role in restoring independence and enabling meaningful recovery as neurological treatments continue to advance. He added that the expansion reflects the company’s commitment to making high-quality neuro-rehabilitation accessible, affordable and standardized nationwide.

The centre is equipped with advanced technologies including end-effector robotics for gait and hand training, AI-based balance and posture control systems, and therapies covering neuro-physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and swallowing therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, aqua therapy, visual rehabilitation and virtual reality-based rehabilitation.
