The Board of Directors has approved the payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 11/- per share for the FY 2025-2026 and has fixed 22nd May, 2026 as the record date for the purpose.\r\n\r\nFurther the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 6/- per share for the FY 2025-2026 for the approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
