This is to inform that BCCL has issued office order for transfer and posting of certain executives of the Company, resulting in changes in Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company.\r\nThe details are attached.\r\nThe aforesaid changes shall take effect from the date of actual release from present assignment and assumption of charge at the respective new place of posting.\r\nDetails pursuant to SEBI Master Circular shall be submitted upon actual assumption of charge by the concerned officials.
