GIC Housing Finance has declared 45% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

GIC Housing Finance Ltd. on Friday, 15 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 45 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 26 June 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 25 June 2026.

The last five dividends are 45% Final dividend (Ex Date : 18 July 2025), 45% Final dividend (Ex Date : 28 June 2024), 45% Final dividend (Ex Date : 25 August 2023), 45% Final dividend (Ex Date : 01 September 2022) and 40% Final dividend (Ex Date : 16 September 2021).
