This is to inform you that the remote e-voting period for the EGM for the F.Y 2026-27 of the Company will begin on Tuesday, June 02, 2026 at 09:00 A.M.(IST) and will end on Friday, June 05, 2026 at 05.00 P.M. (IST). The remote e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL for voting thereafter. The Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members / Beneficial Owners as on the record date (cut-off date) i.e., Friday, May 29, 2026 may cast their vote electronically.
