This is in furtherance of our earlier approval of Board of Directors on March 30, 2026, and Draft Letter of Offer dated March 31, 2026, submitted for obtaining 'In-Principle Approval' for proposed Right Issue, and 'In-Principle Approval' received from BSE Limited (\BSE\) vide its letter bearing No. LOD/PREF/HC/FIP/233/2026-27 dated May 15, 2026, in accordance with applicable laws including the Securities and Exchange Board of India (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, as amended, read with the relevant circulars issued by the SEBI, in this regard, from time to time (hereinafter referred to as 'ICDR Regulations' and 'Issue'/'Rights Issue') and the subsequent letter by the Company on April 08, 2026, in relation to the Issue. \r\n\r\nThe Right Issue Committee of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e. May 18, 2026, has approved the terms and conditions related to the proposed Rights Issue.
