BASF India Lt Q4 net profit up 34.99% at Rs 63.58 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 63.58 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 47.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 34.99 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.13 per cent at Rs 3,448.18 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3,189.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.89 per cent to Rs 3,341.17 crore from Rs 3,125.81 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 42.21 per cent at Rs 11.65 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 20.16 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 76.87 per cent to Rs 111.87 crore as against Rs 63.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 63.64 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 31.92 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.41 crore, while Taxation increased by 22.00 per cent at Rs 21.02 crore (Mar'25 Rs 17.23 crore).
