C.E. Info Systems Q4 net profit down 4.64% at Rs 46.60 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 46.60 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 48.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 4.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.57 per cent at Rs 127.58 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 117.51 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.46 per cent to Rs 74.79 crore from Rs 65.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 18.79 per cent at Rs 18.76 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 23.10 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2.33 per cent to Rs 52.79 crore as against Rs 51.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.74 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 91.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.23 crore, while Taxation decreased by 11.89 per cent at Rs 20.37 crore (Mar'25 Rs 23.12 crore).
