Disa India Q4 net profit down 21.39% at Rs 13.12 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.12 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 16.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 21.39 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.75 per cent at Rs 90.81 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 107.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.93 per cent to Rs 74.95 crore from Rs 89.15 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 34.85 per cent at Rs 3.14 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 4.82 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 14.87 per cent to Rs 15.86 crore as against Rs 18.63 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.04 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 90.91 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 12.73 per cent at Rs 4.80 crore (Mar'25 Rs 5.50 crore).
