Borosil Q4 net profit down 0.09% at Rs 11.14 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.14 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 11.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 0.09 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.85 per cent at Rs 285.98 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 270.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.67 per cent to Rs 255.57 crore from Rs 233.03 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 244.59 per cent at Rs 7.96 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.31 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 18.14 per cent to Rs 30.41 crore as against Rs 37.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 22.69 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 10.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.04 crore, while Taxation decreased by 27.98 per cent at Rs 4.17 crore (Mar'25 Rs 5.79 crore).
