Siyaram Silk Q4 net profit up 30.57% at Rs 94.60 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 94.60 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 72.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 30.57 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.83 per cent at Rs 852.60 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 736.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.14 per cent to Rs 718.94 crore from Rs 624.42 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 31.94 per cent at Rs 17.93 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 13.59 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 19.72 per cent to Rs 133.67 crore as against Rs 111.65 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.36 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 19.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 9.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 6.39 per cent at Rs 29.47 crore (Mar'25 Rs 27.70 crore).
