Zee Entertainment posts Q4 net loss of Rs 180.90 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 180.90 crore compared to net profit of Rs 155.50 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined by 5.86 per cent at Rs 1,886.70 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,004.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.32 per cent to Rs 2,188.00 crore from Rs 1,774.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 20.92 per cent at Rs 24.20 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 30.60 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 231.06 per cent to Rs -301.30 crore as against Rs 229.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 239.23 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 86.30 per cent y-o-y to Rs 13.60 crore, while Taxation decreased by 414.07 per cent at Rs -147.30 crore (Mar'25 Rs 46.90 crore).
