Anthem Biosciences Limited has informed the Exchange of a change in management, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting, arising from (i) the proposed re-appointment of Mr. K Ravindra Chandrappa, director retiring by rotation, and (ii) the continuation of Mr. Ravikant Uppal, Independent Director for the remainder of the tenure approved in the 19th AGM dated June 10, 2025.
