Indo Tech Transform. Q4 net profit up 14.01% at Rs 23.92 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.92 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 20.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 14.01 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.98 per cent at Rs 238.99 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 206.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.46 per cent to Rs 206.63 crore from Rs 185.39 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 75.51 per cent at Rs 1.31 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 5.35 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 56.56 per cent to Rs 32.36 crore as against Rs 20.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 35.00 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 12.07 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.51 crore, while Taxation increased by 139.46 per cent at Rs 7.95 crore (Mar'25 Rs 3.32 crore).
