DCM Shriram Ind. Q4 net profit down 32.87% at Rs 15.91 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.91 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 23.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 32.87 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 41.30 per cent at Rs 271.96 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 463.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 43.17 per cent to Rs 240.54 crore from Rs 423.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 63.28 per cent at Rs 2.35 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 6.40 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 31.72 per cent to Rs 33.00 crore as against Rs 48.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.30 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 26.38 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.14 crore, while Taxation decreased by 29.84 per cent at Rs 8.84 crore (Mar'25 Rs 12.60 crore).
