Roptonal Limited (Roptonal), a step-down subsidiary of the Company, incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus commenced member s voluntary liquidation and the affairs of Roptonal have been wound up. Necessary report for dissolution of Roptonal has been filed under The Companies Law with the Department of Insolvency, Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry, Republic of Cyprus on May 18, 2026. In terms of Cyprus laws, Roptonal shall be deemed to have been dissolved after the expiry of three months from the registration of the report.
