Cryogenic OGS receives Rs 1.49 crore order from Endress+Hauser India

Cryogenic OGS has received a purchase order worth Rs 1.49 crore from Endress+Hauser India for the supply of metering skids.

The order, valued at Rs 1,49,35,000 excluding GST, is domestic in nature and is expected to be executed within 10 to 12 weeks.

The company clarified that neither the promoter group nor related entities have any interest in the awarding company, and the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
